Since she was very young Janice has always been aware of her own sense of inner knowing and has grown to trust completely her intuition and ‘gut instinct’. She could never understand why other people did not know things that were, to her, obvious.

She began training to be a counsellor in 1998 and gained a diploma in counselling in 2002. During her work as a counsellor she watched people open up to their own spirituality and, as a result has been able to work on a more spiritual and psychic level. Mind, body and soul. Life is a series of journeys – some long, some short. Sometimes we may feel lost as though we have stepped of our path and can’t find a way back. There may be lots of reasons why this happens. It could be the death of a loved one which throws your whole world into turmoil or maybe the end of a relationship or job. You may find yourself in an unhealthy relationship and wonder how you ever got into that relationship.

You may have just come to a natural stop, as if you have gone as far as you can go and are now asking yourself ‘now what do I do’?

Being at a crossroads can be a lonely place, constantly asking questions but not getting satisfactory answers.

What most people do not realise is that we all have the answers, the right answers, the perfect answers. When we discover an answer – our personal truth – we feel it, we know it. This is your intuition at work, your sixth sense, your inner knowing. When you chose to enter in to the counselling process, you are embarking on a journey within. It can be as long or as short as you need. The point is that you are in control. The counsellor acts as a travelling companion, she can help you find your answers simply by listening, understanding and accepting who you are and where you are at this point in your life.
